Chocolate Yogurt Cheese Dip

Ingredients
3 (8 ounce) cartons of vanilla CarbMaster yogurt by Kroger 2 tablespoons sifted powdered sugar 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
In a large colander, place 2 layers of cheesecloth with cloth draped up over the sides of the colander. Spoon the yogurt into the cheesecloth, place the colander over a large bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 10-12 hours. When most of the liquid is drained from the yogurt, spoon the yogurt cheese into a bowl. Add the sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon to the yogurt cheese. Stir well. Add vanilla and wisk vigorously or beat with an electric mixer until well combined. Cover and chill. Serve with fresh fruit. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Serving size is 2 Tablespoons.

    I used neufatchel cheese instead of the yougurt cheese. We also used teddy grahams as well as fruit for dipping and the teenaqge girls that I served it to loved it!! Thanks for the great receipe, it worked really well for the picky teens. - 10/3/09
