Ingredients
Directions
* *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz * *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 0.5 cup * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Garlic, 3 clove * *Egg white, 1 serving * Paprika, 1 tsp * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp * Tabasco Sauce, 3 tsp * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 5 tsp
Chop all vegetables fine and combine all ingredients. Form into a burger. Coat a pan with non stick spray, turn heat on medium and place burgers in pan. Cover loosely with a lid and let burgers stand for 6-10 minutes, or until the burger is completely cooked on one side and is easy to pick up with a flipper. Flip burgers and cook until done on the other side. You can eat these plain or on a bun. I eat mine on a whole wheat english muffin (2 points) with plenty of tomato, pickle and mustard, so the whole burger is 5 points!
