1 Banana2 Tablespoons Peanut ButterWhip it together well, then:1-2 Tablespoons HoneyWhip it together well. I smash it up well with a fork, or you can use a blender @ the bottom of a Cereal bowl.Add Puffs, then eat/Add Puffs, Milk & eat.Makes enough for 1 bowl each of cereal.Enjoy!!CyndiP.S.Note: I eat Organic Puffed Kamut, no sugar in it: so I'm sure the Nutritional value is off because of this.
