Ingredients
1 cup of ice1/4 c. cottage cheese1/4 c. skim milk2 tbsp. cocoa powder2-4 packets splenda (to taste)
Directions
Put all ingredients in food processor, or blender until smooth. Enjoy!
Instead of cocoa powder any fruit can be added for a rich nutritious smoothie.
The cottage cheese makes this really creamy.
