Ingredients
1 flower tortilla1 tbsp tomato sauce or Spaghetti sauce1 slice fat free turkey lunch meat1 oz. mozzerella cheese3 black olives1 medium mushroom1 tsp. parmesan cheese
Directions
1. lay tortilla on microwaveable plate.
2. Spread sauce over tortilla
3. dice turkey meat and distribute evenly over sauce.
4. sprinkle mozzerella cheese over the meat
5 slice black olives and distribute over cheese.
6. slice mushroom and distribute slices over cheese.
7. sprinkle parmesan cheese over all.
Heat in microwave over 2 minutes, or until cheese melts. It will be soft. eat with a fork.
