Low Fat Mashed Sweet Potatoes

4 Medium Sweet Potatoes, Peeled and Cubed1/2 Cup Orange Juice1 tsp Orange Zest1 tbs Brown Sugar1/2 tsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add Sweet Potatoes and cook for 20-25 minutes until tender. Drain Sweet Potatoes: Add Orange Juice, Orange Zest, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon and Ginger. Mash until smooth.. (I use a fork)
Ready to serve.
