Banana Bread Pudding

Ingredients
3 - 4 cups mashed bananas3 cups pancake/ biscuit mix1 1/2 cup light soy milk1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Make about 6 1-cup servings

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease 9x13 loaf pan
3. Mix soy milk, bananas, pancake mix, cinnamon and nutmeg until a few lumps remain
4 Pour into greased loaf pan and cook for about 45 minutes, if not golden brown on top cook for alittle bit more checking every 10-20 minutes.
