1 box sugar free butterscotch pudding mix1.5 c. milk4 tbsp whipped cream cheese2 tsp granulated sugar2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice1/2 cup lite whipped topping10 ginger snaps, crushed
Mix sugar, whipped cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in pumpkin pie spice and pudding mix and continue mixing until thickened. Fold in 1/4 c. lite whipped topping. Using 3/4 of ginger snap crumbs, place equal amounts in bottom of 4 dessert cups. Divide pudding mixture between dessert cups. Dollop remaining whipped topping on top and sprinkle with remainin ginger snap crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 1 hr. Makes 4 servings.
