Savory Beef and Cabbage

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef1 onion chopped 1/2 head of cabbage5 carrots sliced1 beef bouillon cube1 cup water1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 pepper1 teaspoon caraway seeds
Directions
Coarsely shred the cabbage and slice the carrots, toss. Cook the hamburger and chopped onion in a no stick pan. After burger is cooked add water and bouillon. Pour over the cabbage and the carrots in a 9x13 pan cover the pan with foil and bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
