1/2 can white beans1 tbls pesto (too taste)4 cloves of garlic, pre minced1/4 small lemon, the juice1 1/2 c chicken broth, fat free1 1/2 c cooked brown rice
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Heat soup with brown rice.
