Nutty Crunch Bars

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. coconut oil1/4 cup soynuts1/4 cup sunflower seeds3/4 cup rolled oats1 cup honey1/2 cup soy nut or peanut butter1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut1/2 cup raisins1/4 cup chopped dried apples1/4 cup nonfat dry milk1/4 cup ground flaxseed
Directions
Heat oil in heavy skillet, stir in the soynuts, seeds and oats. Remove from heat; add each remaining ingredient stirring after each one. Firmly press mixture into the baking pan, and chill for one hour. Cut into 20 bars and serve!
