Bean sprouts, 03 cup Waterchestnuts, 1 cup slices Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped Shiitake Mushrooms, 1 cup pieces Rice Noodles, 1 cup Brown Rice, long grain, 4 cup Egg roll wrappers 120 wrapper, eggroll (7" square) Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz Garlic, 3 tspGround turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Canola Oil, 6 cup Soy Sauce, .25 cup Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
Makes 60 - 2 eggroll servings
1. Mix all ingredients except oil and eggroll wrappers
2. Wrap heaping spoonful of mixture in wrapper as shown on packaging
3. Deep fry until golden in Caonla oil.
