1 Whole wheat English muffin1 large egg1 tbsp nonfat milk.5 serving, Oscar Mayer Singles, Oven Roasted Chicken Breast 1 slice, Food Club 2%Milk Sharp Cheese singles,
Scramble the egg in a small skillet sprayed with non stick spray until desired doneness.
Split the english muffin, place cooked egg on the bottom half of the muffin, place chicken breast on top. Top with cheese and microwave 30 seconds until cheese melts.
Place other half of the muffin on top, CHOW DOWN!
