Directions
1. spread avocado puree on bread
2. spread on cucumber slices
3. spread on alfalfa sprouts
4. give about 3 dashes of pepper, more or less to taste.
5. spread on other slice of bread the fat-free miracle whip.
6. stick both slices together and enjoy
