Ingredients
reduced sugar yellow cake mix 1 small can pumpkin 1.5c skim milk 1/4c egg substitute 1t salt 2t heaping of cinnamon 2TBS light butter 1/4c chopped walnuts
Directions
3cups cake mix,milk,egg substitute,salt,cinnamon mix well on medium speed until well blended.pour in a greased 9x13 baking dish.melt butter in seperate bowl add remaining cake mix and nuts.toss untill all butter is absorbed.sprinkle this over miture in baking dish.bake 350 for 40-45 minutes. spray lightly with cooking spray cool 30min.and put in fridge untill serving.
