Questa's Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 c. Old Fashioned Oatmeal3/4 c. Brown Sugar1 c. Butter2 Eggs2 c. Skim Milk2 t. Baking Powder1 t. Salt
Directions
Combine all the ingredients with spices of your choice. I like cinnamon and nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice. You can also add chopped fruit (i.e. apples or pears) for a yummy variation.

Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until done.

Makes 12 servings. Serve alone or with warmed milk and spices.
