Ingredients
1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1 tsp canola oil, 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425, Mix ingredients, don't over beat or they won't rise. Pour into greased muffin tin, bake for 30 minutes. Makes 6 normal sized popovers or 4 jumbo popovers
