Ingredients
1 can of Fat free cream of celery soup, skim milk, fresh carrots cooked half way, chicken breast tenders - cut to bite sized pieces, egg noodles and bread crumbs with only 4.6 g of fat per serving
Directions
Makes 4 servings.

Stir soup, milk, half cooked carrots and noodles into a 1.5 qt casserole, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
