I spray the chicken with extra virgin oil before I coat the chicken with flour and place lemon zest inside, also I add oregano with the thyme pepper red flakes, bukovo marries bacon onions and mushrooms! - 1/5/14

Very delicious. I served it with couscous instead of rice. Next time I will add a few more veggies like celery and tomatoes (I am a veggie freak, ha ha). - 6/25/12

I substituted corn starch for the flour because I made it for a guest who doesn't eat wheat flour. It turned out great. - 1/30/11

Since I don't like dark meat chicken, substituted chopped chicken breast. Was very good. - 2/7/11

I got this recipe from a Whole Foods newsletter and have made it for years. It was almost exact except mine calls for 1 cup chicken broth. Also I use sprigs of fresh thyme from my garden and pull them out before serving. - 8/2/19
