Ryan's Chicken and Black Bean Burrito Filling

Ingredients
1 16oz Can of Black Beans1 Cup of diced Chicken Breast (I use Perdue Short Cuts)7 tbsp of Reduced Fat Sour Cream1/2 Cup of 2% Reduced Fat Cheddar1 Jalapeno Pepper Diced1/2 Cup of Shredded Romaine Lettuce1 tsp Garlic Paste2 tsp Cayenne Pepper2 tsp Garlic Salt2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Directions
Put black beans, diced chicken, diced jalapenos, garlic paste, cayenne pepper, garlic salt and crushed red pepper in a pot and cook on medium for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place cooked mixture in a tortilla or bowl and top with cheese, sour cream, lettuce and whatever else you want.

Makes about 7 burritos.
