Clafouti au Cerises

1 1/4 cups milk2/3 cup fructose3 eggs1 Tablespoon vanilla1/8 teaspoon salt1/2 cup flour2 cups grignotte cherriespowdered sugar
Wisk together eggs and or beat them then add milk and vanilla, then sugar and salt and sprinkle in the flour. When all is well mixed pour into shallow baking dish or tarte pan (ceramic, glass etc.) Put in cherries a few at a time with a spoon to ensure not too much juice mixes in with the batter. Bake in the oven at 350 for 35 - 45 min. Look for a golden brown and do a fork test to ensure it is cooked in the middle. Take out, let cool completely, you can chill in the refrigerator - meant to be served cold; sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
