Directions
Put all in crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours. When done, shred chicken and stir. Serve with chips if desired. It makes a thick, chicken chili/salsa type meal.

    Tried a version of this recipe. Surprisingly my teen loved it. The other fam members tried it the next day. It is wonderful served over tortilla chips sprinkled with cheese with a bit of sour cream. I will try mashing the beans a little before mixing in the other ingredients next time - 12/24/08
