Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
1 cup of Orange Marmalade Jam1 jar of Victoria Salsa, Chunky mild4 large halves of Chicken breast w/ skin
Directions
Mix jam and salsa together.
Put breast in the bottom of a crockpot, pour salsa and jam mixture over the breast. Cook 6 to 8 hours on Low.
(8 to 10 if frozen)
I discard skin before serving.
I like to serve it over steamed rice.
