Salsa Eggs

Ingredients
1 egg1 egg white2 T salsashredded cheddar to taste
Directions
Whisk egg and egg white together. Scramble in skillet with Pam spray. When eggs are nearly done, add salsa and cheddar. Continue cooking until eggs are done.
