Asian Style Beef Broth

Ingredients
12 cup (3 boxes or 6 cans) reduced sodium beef broth*2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped2 tsp hot sauce2 tsp sesame oil*other broths are great, too.
Directions
Combine the broth, sesame oil & hot sauce in a large pot, stir & heat for 15 minutes over medium.

When the broth is heated through, toss in the spinach & cook for 1-2 minutes until just wilted, but not dark.
