Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
4 Green Bell Peppers1/4 Tsp. Olive Oil1 lb. Ground Turkey1 Egg White1/2 Cup finely chopped onion2 Tbsp. Corn (Frozen)1 Tbsp. parsley (dried)Pinch of black pepper1 Cup tomato sauce1 Tsp. Horseradish
Directions
Wash & clean peppers
Cut tops and set aside
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
Bring a large pot of water lightly salted to a boil.
Drop peppers in for 3-4 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
Combine all ingredients, excluding tomato sauce & horseradish, in a large bowl.
Coat inside of peppers with Olive Oil
Stuff with meat mixture
Combine tomato sauce & horseradish in small bowl.
Top stuffed peppers with sauce and place lids back on top.
Bake for 40 mins. in a shallow baking dish with 1/4 cup of water.
Remove pepper tops and cover with remaining sauce.
Put tops back on peppers and bake an additional 10 mins.
