Scalloped Potatoes - with Ham

Ingredients
2.5 lbs (approx) Potatoes, either red or russet will work, washed, unpeeled, sliced thin.3 C skim milk1/2 large onion, diced2T soy flour2T whole wheat flour1 lb turkey ham, or very lean ham, dicedGarlic - to taste (I used 1T minced from jar, plus another teaspoon powdered)Salt and Pepper - to taste (I used 1teas salt, 1/2teas pepper)
Directions
This recipe makes 10 1-Cup servings.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Place mixture in a 9x13 baking dish, bake at 375 for about an hour (test your potatoes for doneness). I do not put cheese on top to keep cals and fat down, but you could add if you wish.
