Banana-White Chocolate Pancakes

* 4 tsp eggs substitute * 2 tablespoons and 1-1/4 teaspoons Unsweetened Almond Breeze * 1/8 teaspoon Torani Sugar Free Syrup, vanilla * 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon * 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger * 1/4 cup and 2 teaspoons all-purpose biscuit baking mix * 1/2 bananas, peeled and thinly sliced * 2 tablespoons and 1-1/4 teaspoons white chocolate chips
1. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ginger in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the baking mix until moistened, then add the bananas and chocolate chips, and stir to mix.
2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Flip over once bubbles appear on the top. Cook until browned on the other side. Serve hot.
