Sweet Potato Chips with Honey Yogurt Ginger Dip

Ingredients
1 large sweet potato or 2 small sweet potatoes1 tsp black pepper1 tsp saltDip:1 cup plain, fat-free yogurt2 Tbsp honey1 Tbsp ground ginger
Directions
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into very thin slices. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and as crisp as you like.

Combine all ingredients for the yogurt dip and enjoy!

Approximately 4 servings, give or take.

    Is it really 1 tbsp of Ground ginger or should that be 1 tsp? I tried it as directed in the recipe you gave (1 tbsp) and that is REALLY strong. - 9/26/10
