Sounds very good, however, those fixing this will definitely have to compare ingredients. Most of the cake mixes I have are 18.5 oz. pkgs., not 14 ozs. Also is the OJ unsweetened? I don't think the glaze is in the NI listed above. I calculated using my mix and got 141.3 calories. - 11/12/08

You are correct. I'm sorry. I did omit the Glaze ingredients. I recalculated ALL the ingredients for the Applesauce (unsweetened) cake with the eggs, using the 18.5oz pkg, and the glaze and came up with 143.1 calories. I used regular oj. Thanks for the heads up.

Be careful to adjust your NI depending on whether you choose applesauce or apple butter...they have very different calorie counts ;) Sounds wonderful though! - 11/12/08
