Tuna noodle casserole

Ingredients
3 cups egg noodles, 1 large can tuna, 1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup peas, onions, 1-1/2 cups of water (use soup can)
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a baking dish. Sautee onions and then add. Stir. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 30 min. Remove from oven. Add bread crumbs or cheese on top if desired (extra calories not included)
