Ingredients
1 cup sprouted mung beans[with the green skin on]+1 cup chopped corriander leaves+1 tsp fennel and cumin seeds+1/2 inch piece of ginger+1/4cup chopped onion+salt to taste
Directions
grind all together to fine paste . spread a ladleful of the mixture on a warm gridle spread with a bit of oil...cook on both sides..takes less than 2 mins. serve with fresh tomato or pineapple salsa..simply yummy.
