Directions
Cream margarine, sugars, eggs, vanilla together. Then add flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix together, then add chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Roll dough into balls and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes. Take out when cookie still looks slightly doughy for best results.
