Ingredients
Frozen Okra (1 bag)Stewed Tomatoes (1 can - chili ready) { simmer and take out tomatoes don't add juice from can}Chicken Breast Strips (4lbs fresh) { Cut up, sautee with onion and 2 tbsp of oil- then add mushroom and sautee}Put broth, okra in a large pot bring to a boil add chicken, mushroom and onion and let cook for about 20 minutes.Add rice that is already cooked if you desire.
