crispy baked jalapeno peppers

12 jalapeno peppers4 oz fat free cream cheese1/2 cup reduced fat mexican cheese1/4 cup flour1 egg and 1 egg white beaten1/2 cup panko crumbscooking spray
preheat oven 400 degrees
bring pot of water to boil and add peppers cook for around 5-8 minutes until soft
slit in half and remove insides
mix cream cheese and cheese together divide mixture into the 12 peppers
place egg and egg white in plate beaten
another place put flour
and final plate panko crumbs
dip each pepper in flour lightly dusted then egg then panko place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray
cook for 20 minutes or until crispy and inside melted
serves 2 per person
