Ingredients
2 lbs chuck roast or beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch pieces1 envelope onion soup mix (or onion-mushroom soup)1, 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup1, 4 oz can whole mushrooms, drained0.5 cup red wine
Directions
Combine all engredients in crockpot & stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 8-12 hours -- don't peek! May cook on High for 5-6 hours. Serve over rice or noodles, if desired (not included in nutritional calculations). Serves 6-8
