5 Minute Pumpkin Protein Cake

Ingredients
1 egg, beaten3 tablespoons vanilla soymilk3 tablespoons Maple Grove Farms gluten free pancake mix2 tablespoons Davinci sugar free Pumpkin Pie syrup2 tablespoons canola oil1/4 cup canned pumpkin1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice1 scoop vanilla protein powder2 packets splenda1 heat-proof measuring cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in measuring cup. Microwave for 2 minutes, allow to cool and turn out onto a plate. Cut into 4 servings. Delicious served with lite whipped cream or sugar free caramel sauce. (not included in calorie count)
