Ingredients
* White Rice, long grain, 1 cup * *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 1 tsp * Beans, black, .25 cup * American Cheese, 2 oz * Romaine Lettuce , 1 inner leaf (chopped) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced
Directions
Prepare rice. Cook onion and black beans with 2 tablespoons of water and a Tablespoon of taco seasoning. Then top rice with Beans and onions, tomato, lettuce, and cheese, like a taco salad. Add sour cream if desired.
