Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 c. original egg beaters1c. whole wheat flour3/4 c. 2% milk2 T. unsweetened applesauce3 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries, thawed
Directions
Beat egg beater with a hand mixer until nice and foamy. Mix in remaining ingredients except the blueberries. Mix well. Gently fold in blueberries. Cook on a non-stick griddle. Top with whatever you choose.
