Crustless Vegetable Quiche

Ingredients
Directions
Onions, raw, 4 cups, chopped Spinach, frozen, 1.5 cupsBroccoli, frozen, 1.5 cupsOlive Oil, 1 tbspEgg, fresh, 8 largeMilk, nonfat, 2.5 cupFlour, whole grain, 1 cupBaking Powder, 1 tspGarlic powder, 1 tspSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tspfeta, 8 oz, crumbled
-Chop onion and cook in oil until soft and translucent
-add broccoli and spinach, cook until hot, set aside to cool
-combine dry ingredients (use seasoning to taste)
-combine egss and milk, whisk until even
-add dry ingredients
-add vegetables
-mix until even
-pour into 2 prepared cake pans
-bake at 400 F for 25 minutes
-crumble cheese on top
-bake another 10 minutes
-let stand 5 minutes
serve
