Fig compote

Ingredients
10 fresh figs1 tbsp water1 tsp Rapadura Whole Organic Sugar (or brown sugar)1 scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional)
Directions
1) Slice the figs into 4 and peel them.
2) Put them in a saucee pan with the water and the sugar.
3) Stir all the ingredients while cooking during 10 minutes.
4) Serve after letting it cool down in the fridge.

Tips: I topped it with a small scoop of Ben & Jerry's vanilla ice cream which is not included in the nutritional information.
