Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

1 cup ice (optional)1 chocolate slim fast2 heaping tablespoons of Jiff creamy peanut butter
If you like(I do)add about 1 cup of ice to your blender. Crush it well, add 1 can of slim fast chocolate(I use the Equate brand weight loss drink from WalMart its actually got less calories.)
add peanut butter and blend for about 15 seconds or until you do not feel the peanut butter hitting the blades. I use this every day to make sure I get the protein I need and if I need a bit more protein I will add chocolate whey protein to the drink.
This is a major part of my meals because the presence of protein in your diet is so important and misunderstood.
