Ingredients
1 can pink salmon, undrained1 cup low fat or non fat cream cheese3 tsp worcestershire sauce (more as needed)salt and pepper to tasteif too thick, add 1-2 tbsp non-fat sour cream
Directions
in blender or bowl, add salmon, cream cheese (softened and cubed) and worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
blend until smooth

serve with vegetables, crackers or chips
