Bee Bong with shrimp

Ingredients
1 tbsp minced onion1 chili pepper, diced1 clove garlic, crushed3 tsp sugar1 tbsp fish saucejuice fro 1/2 fresh limesalt & pepper12 oz shrimp, med or small3 c cooked spaghetti1 tbsp peanut or hot chili oil2 c bean sprouts1 c cole slaw mix3 mint leaves10 roasted peanuts, crushed
Directions
Mix onion, garlic, sugar, fish sauce, chili pepper, lime juice, salt and pepper in a baggie. Add shrimp, and set aside for 10 -15 mins. Cook spaghetti, drain and run under cold water until cool to touch - set aside. heat oil in wok or large fry pan. Add shrimp and marinade, stir until cooked. Turn off heat, add veggies, stir to mix together. Add mint and pasta, mix. Serve with crushed peanuts. Optional: serve with nuoc cam sauce and/or cream of coconut or coconut milk. Will add more calories. Servings: 4.
