Spicy Apple Quesadillas

Ingredients
2 medium apples, peeled, cored and choppedjuice of 1/2 a lemon1 tbsp brown sugar1/2 tsp cinnamon2 cups shredded cheese, Jack or mexican 2%pinch of salt1/4 cup of Austin Slow Burn green chili jam12 corn tortillas
Directions
makes 6 quesadillas, serves 4-6, good appetizer
--Mix apples, Lemon Juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, cheese and salt; set aside
--spread jam on 6 of the tortillas
--place apple mixture on jam side of tortillas
--place on hot, oiled or buttered skillet or griddle (medium heat) and brown on both sides
--remove, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, or powdered sugar. cut and serve

also, these tortillas have alot of wet ingrediants, so if you want crispier tortillas, brown/blacken the tortillas before putting the mixture in, then heat them a little on the skillet or in the oven.
