Rumbamel's Frosted Cauliflower

-1 small head of cauliflower (mine was 1 # 6.75 oz)-4 T Kraft mayonnaise with Olive Oil-1/2 T yellow mustard-1/2 C Kraft 2% milk shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Take the leaves off the outside of the cauliflower and cut some of the core off so it will sit level. Poke holes with a knife or fork and put in a domed microwave safe covered dish with a little water in the bottom. Cook for 6 minutes per pound or until fork tender.
Mix the mayo and mustard spread all over the cooked cauliflower while hot then sprinkle the cheese all over, as well, making sure to cover all sides. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
Cut into 8 eaqual wedges for 8 servings of about 3 oz each if your cauliflower is the size mine was.
