Raspberry-Chipotle Barbecue Chicken Pizza

1 can Pillsbury Classic refrigerated pizza crust1/3 cup Smucker's Red Raspberry Preserves1/3 cup hickory smoke flavored barbecue sauce3 tsp chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce6 ounces cooked chicken breast, cubed1/2 medium red onion, cut into thin strips4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded4 ounces Kraft pizza cheese, shredded1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Heat oven to 425. Lightly spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust dough in pan; press dough to edges of pan.
In small bowl, mix preserves, barbecue sauce and chiles. Spread evenly over dough to within 1/4 inch of edges. Top with chicken, onion and cheeses.
Bake 12 to 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown. Sprinkle with cilantro.
Yield: 8 pieces.
