Quick Fired Rice

Ingredients
1 TBS finely chopped carrot1 TBS finely chopped celery1 TBS finely chopped onion1 cup cooked long grain white rice3/4 TBS soy sauce3/4 TBS water1 tsp canola oil
Directions
Combine soy and water, set aside. Heat oil over medium high heat. Add carrot, celery and onion, cook for about 2 minutes. Add rice cook for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add soy/water mixture.
