Kick'N Chicken Burrito's

Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 piece's ready-to-cook Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup Whole Wheat Tortilla "Large", 4 serving Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Beans, black, 1 cup Hot Pepper Sauce, 4 tsp
this is easier if you have a "George Foreman grill"
1st. spray the grill with what ever you prefer to use"canola oil, olive oil ect.." i use olive oil
2nd. season the chicken with seasons of your choosing... i used "Mr. Pepper" its a mix of black pepper and cayenne pepper
3rd while the chicken is cooking cook your rice and black beans in a small sauce pan, its really doesn't matter
4th. after all ingredients are cooked, cut up the chicken into shredded piece's place in a large bowl with the other ingredients
5th. add the cheese and stir well, add a little hot sauce " i prefer buffalo sauce but what ever you can handle"
6th. mix so all the ingredients are mix together and divide equality between the 4 tortilla's roll up tight press down firmly but not to hard you dont want the burrito to burst...
7th. cut in half and use what ever dipping sauce you prefer or just as it is...
