Veal stew meat, potatoes, green beans, peas, onions, garlic beef bullion, worcestershire sauce, parsley carrots olive oil
flour meat, saute in olive oil until brown on all sides. Remove meat from pot, add onions an dgarlic and saute until onions are translucent. Add meat into pot. Add bullion, worcestershire sauce and parsley. Cook over low heat for 1 hour. Add fresh vegetables last 35 minutes. Add frozen vegetables last 10 minutes. Add 1/4 c. flour with water to thicken. Serve and enjoy!
